A better me..

I'm a human. 

I'm immortal, 

And when my time is up, 

I'm going to die, 

Maybe today, tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, 

I don't even know, 

Coz it's the day nobody really knows when it will happen.

I'm not trying to be a better you, 

I just want to a better me, 

Far better of who I was, 

Coz I am a sinner and always am, 

In the past, present and future, 

And time won't wait for me, 

To repent all misdoing i used to do and will do after.

Make me as your companion, 

Don't look at me as a competitor, 

Guide me to His way, 

Held me from things against Him.

Our path is the same, 

To be a good Muslim with Islam's way of life, 

To be accepted as His slave, 

To live heavenly afterlife.
